NJ MV penalty license suspensions, updated

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

1. All requests from the New Jersey courts to the Motor Vehicle Commission for the suspension of any license, permit, privilege or registration under N.J. Stat. Ann. § 17:29A-35 made between 1/1/2018 and 1/1/2021. If such communications took place through an automated database system, please provide logs of the requests. If any responsive documents contain confidential information, please provide a count of said documents and an estimate of fees for redaction.

Feel free to call me at 802 2233 4992 to discuss the possibility of closing this request in exchange for a report documenting the dates of suspensions and reinstatements during the years 2018, 2019 and 2020.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
