Pursuant to Open Public Records Act ("OPRA"), I hereby request the following records:
The status of the investigation of the fatal officer-involved shooting of Oscar Camacho on July 3 of this year, and if available, copies of any information on the inquiry as it becomes available. For example: Incident reports, interview transcripts, medical examiner's reports and any other documentation. I'd also like to obtain copies of any video, audio and other media collected as part of the inquiry.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 7 business days, as the statute requires.
