The full submission by Oscar Insurance to sell health insurance policies on New Jersey's State Exchange for 2018.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. IBT/Newsweek is an award-winning journalism outlet and these documents are important for public understanding of the healthcare regulatory process.
