1.) A full and complete copy of a letter written by Jersey City Mayor, Steven Fulop, and sent to the New Jersey Economic Development Authority before mid-November 2015 in support of the Kushners’ plans at 1 Journal Square. Search time frame: November 2015.
2.) Any subsequent letters written by Jersey City Mayor, Steven Fulop (or his staff / office) concerning the 1 Journal Square development. Search time frame: January 1, 2017 to Present Day.
3.) Records on any meetings between the New Jersey Economic Development Authority, Charlie Kushner and Mayor Steven Fulop (and potentially other parties such Christine Taylor or representatives from Kushner Cos, Fortress Investment Group, Hudson County New Jersey, and KABR Group). Search time frame: January 1, 2017 to Present Day.
