Gibson Dunn report

Pursuant to Open Public Records Act ("OPRA"), I hereby request the following records:

A copy of the Gibson Dunn report which was prepared for the Governor's office, the entirety of which has been made available to the public. The report is also known as the "REPORT OF GIBSON, DUNN & CRUTCHER LLP CONCERNING ITS INVESTIGATION ON BEHALF OF THE OFFICE OF THE GOVERNOR OF NEW JERSEY INTO ALLEGATIONS REGADING THE GEORGE WASHINGTON BRIDGE LANE REALIGNMENT AND SUPERSTORM SANDY AID TO THE CITY OF HOBOKEN."

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
