From: Department of Health

Dear Ms Ockerman:

This will respond to the referenced request for government records. In seeking "Any and all correspondence," "Any documents," "Any presentations, pdfs, or legal analyses," and "Any communication," the request is overbroad and improper, and fails to identify the specific records sought. Therefore, the government records law, N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1, et seq., obliges me to deny the referenced request. The request is further improper to the extent it seeks attorney-client privileged and/or interagency or intra-agency advisory, consultative, and deliberative materials.

Even if the request was proper, it is unlikely that the Division of Management and Administration would hold government records of the nature the referenced request suggests. See this page for a list of program areas within the Division of Management and Administration: https://www.nj.gov/health/opra/requests<https://www.nj.gov/health/opra/requests/#17>

Without waiving these and other available exemptions from and objections to disclosure, and assuming that you are referring to CoViD-19 vaccination, in an effort to assist you, I advise you that the Department has established a CoViD-19 vaccination information page on the Department's website, which contains materials that might be of interest to you, at https://www.state.nj.us/health/cd/topics/covid2019_vaccination.shtml. See also https://www.nj.gov/health/news/2020/approved/20201218a.shtml.

Sincerely,

Genevieve Raganelli, Regulatory Officer
Custodian of Records for the Division of Management and Administration
