Pursuant to Open Public Records Act ("OPRA"), I hereby request the following records:
- A full copy of any and all contracts and written agreements, including attachments, appendices, etc. between Stockton University and AGB Search.
- Any and all reports, memoranda, or other documents produced for the University of California, Berkeley by AGB Search.
- And and all email correspondence or other communications between representatives of the university and the search firm.

I request responsive documents dating from April 1, 2015 through the date when this request is processed.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 7 business days, as the statute requires.
