Unfortunately, the response you sent appears to include no emails generated by either the Governor or any of the Senior Staff listed in the request. In addition, your response noted that "the search resulted in many news articles or news stories containing the search terms." If those news articles and stories appeared in your search within emails sent by the governor or above-mentioned staff, I would like to receive those as part of the request response.
Thank you,
Graham Kates

Thanks for your email. In follow-up to our May 8th letter, our Office did not locate any emails between the Governor and the staff members listed below containing the search terms in your request. In terms of the news stories containing the search terms, I am attaching a sample email. I do not think that the email and the news stories are responsive to your request. Thanks. Heather

Thank you, Heather. I appreciate it. Just want to clarify one thing though: Was the search for emails between the Governor and his staff, or was it a search for emails sent/received by each of those staff members individually, as well as the governor? The latter is what I was trying to request.
Best,
Graham

Thank you for clarifying your request. I am attaching one responsive record, which we have redacted because it contains "inter-agency or intra-agency advisory, consultative, or deliberative material," which is exempt from production under the OPRA statutes. See N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1. As set forth in my May 8th letter, we have also withheld documents based on the Governor's private meeting schedule and we are withholding documents pursuant to the executive privilege. Finally, as set forth below, many news stories contain the search terms. In addition, there were many false positives. For example, various documents contained "660" tablets in an opioid report, "Hannifan" Corp. in a report, the number "660" in an Excel report, "660" in a government website, etc. We do not believe the documents containing the news stories or the false positive hits are responsive to your request. Thanks. Heather
