All Correspondence, Remarks, Comments, Etc. Pertaining to "Trotter"

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Open Public Records Act ("OPRA"), I hereby request the following records:

*Any and all remarks, comments, notes, explanations, etc. made by all personnel and in all files and other recorded correspondence, record keeping, and data in relation to "Trotter," "J K Trotter," and reasonable variations thereof (e.g. "J.K. Trotter"), directly and/or tangentially. Please include any notes made during the processing of this request and in the processing of requests related to "Trotter," "J K Trotter," "J.K. Trotter," etc.; any standard worksheets completed by those conducting analysis of the request; any justifications for exemption invocations and/or the granting/denial of the request; and any correspondence referencing the request, including memos, emails, and any such communicative documentation.

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived. This request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, and, since they will be appropriately processed by a representative of the news media/press, this request is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage or gain at all. It is in the interest of the public and its common good that such information be available for consideration.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request be filled electronically, by e-mail attachment, if available, or CD-ROM, if not.
