Mr. Amarel:

I need a two-week extension in order to respond to the two government records requests you recently submitted to the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development (for various records relating to "EB-5 projects and census track requests"). By my calculation, the responses to those requests are due today, November 16, 2017. The two-week extension would make the new deadline Thursday, November 30, 2017.

Sincerely,

David Fish

Thank you for the update and notification of the extension.

I apologize for the delay. Unfortunately, I am going to need a bit more time. The search parameters that you provided pulled in considerably more emails than I had anticipated. Is there someone in your organization to whom I can speak so as to perhaps narrow the scope of the request?
