Pursuant to the New Hampshire "Access to Government Records and Meetings" Statute (RSA Ch. 91-A), I hereby request the following records:

A log of public records requests submitted to the Department of Resources and Economic Development that lists the date of request, the requester's name, the requester's organizational affiliation, a description of the request and the date the request was filled. Ideally I would like this information for the period from 2004 to the present.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, and is made in the process of academic research and not for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

The New Hampshire Department of Resources and Economic Development is in receipt of your Right-to-Know request, dated August 21, 2015. Due to the nature of your request, we will need up to 30 days to compile and review documents responsive to your request. Following our review or should we need additional time, we will contact you to provide any documents responsive to your request or to provide an updated timeline.

The cost for documents is $0.20/letter- or legal-size page when provided electronically. Upon completion of our review, as you have requested, we will contact you to inform you of the costs for copies.

Dear Mr. Peterson,

After review and discussion within the agency, the Department of Resources and Economic Development maintains no agency-wide log of requests for government records. RSA 91-A does not require an agency to create records that do not presently exist.
