From: Liam Knox

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the New Hampshire Right to Know Law, I hereby request the following records:

A copy of all files, including communications, reports and memos, related to the white nationalist groups "Oathkeepers" and "The Three Percenters/The 3%ers."

I request that I be properly classified as a news media requester. I am an intern for MuckRock, and I am requesting this information in that editorial capacity. MuckRock is widely known for its investigative work as well as historical pieces based on public records requests.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

Liam Knox

Mr. Knox,

I am writing in response to your request below. By way of clarification, are the search terms "Oathkeepers" and "The Three Percenters" and "The 3%ers"?

I estimate that it will take approximately 30 days to determine what responsive records that we may have, at which time I will provide an additional estimate of the length of time reasonably necessary to determine their availability for release.

Hi Mr. Hilts,

Yes, those are the search terms! Obviously, any results for "Three Percenters"/"3%ers"/"3 Percenters" without "the" in front would be responsive to my request as well.

Thanks for clarifying! Let me know if you need any further information.

Best,

Liam Knox

State Fire Marshal, 163 N.H. 656, 661 (2012). This request is considered to be closed.
