To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the New Hampshire Right to Know Law, I hereby request the following records:

1) Copies of the New Hampshire fall home school enrollment reports (state totals and by district) for the years 2015 through 2017. The agency has already made copies of these reports for prior years available on its website. If possible, I ask that the reports be provided in Excel spreadsheet format.

I ask that all fees be waived as I am a journalist and I intend to use the requested records to publish articles in the public interest and not for any commercial purpose.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

The Department of Education is in receipt of your Right-to-Know request. NH RSA 91-A:4, VII provides: "Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to require a public body or agency to compile, cross-reference, or assemble information into a form in which it is not already kept or reported by that body or agency." As such, I will refer you back to the DOE website for the information that is already provided.

This concludes the Department's response to your Right to Know request in this matter.
