To Whom It May Concern,

The Department has not previously compiled the data you requested, and as such, the requested record does not exist. RSA 91-A:5, VII provides, "Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to require a public body or agency to compile, cross-reference, or assemble information into a form in which it is not already kept or reported by that body or agency." To Whom It May Concern:

In regard to your Right to Know request received on November 13, 2020, we are working to gather the requested information as soon as possible. Additional time is needed to locate the responsive records and to review to determine whether any information is exempt from disclosure. Please note, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, additional time may also be required because many staff are either reassigned, have limited access to documents, or are currently engaged full-time in responding to issues arising from the State of Emergency. In order to respond as quickly as possible, we may provide documents on a rolling production where we release groups of documents as they become available rather than holding all of the documents for one complete disclosure. I estimate that we should be able to locate any responsive records and to determine their availability under RSA 91-A by February 4, 2021

Thank you for your patience and understanding during difficult and stressful time.

On behalf of,

Lieutenant John R. Sonia
