All communications regarding the suspension of any license, permit, driving privilege, resident plates or vehicle registration issued under N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 263:56-a between 1/1/2018 and 1/1/2021.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Hi Larry,
Thanks for this response. I would like to narrow my request as follows. Consider this a formal amendment to the above request under 91-A.
I hereby request:
1. All communications between the New Hampshire courts and the DMV regarding the suspension of any license, permit, driving privilege, resident plates or vehicle registration issued under N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 263:56-a between 1/1/2018 and 1/1/2021. If requests for suspensions and reinstatements are made through an automated system, I hereby request the logs of said communications.
2. All communications between the DMV and members of the public regarding the suspension of any license, permit, driving privilege, resident plates or vehicle registration issued under N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 263:56-a between 1/1/2018 and 1/1/2021.
