Dear Adanya Lustig,

The New Hampshire Department of Corrections is in receipt of your multiple requests for public documents. We apologize for the delayed response but unfortunately you had been sending your requests to an email address that was not being checked for approximately two months.

In response to your request.

1. The New Hampshire Department of Corrections does not have a Lethal Injection Protocol Committee so there are no minutes or emails that can be provided to you. Any such meetings have been between the Department of Corrections and its Legal Counsel in the Department of Justice. Such attorney-client communications are exempt from public disclosure
2. The New Hampshire Department of Corrections does not have a lethal injection protocol policy so there are no documents that can be provided to you.
3. The New Hampshire Department of Corrections has not solicited or purchased any lethal injection drugs from 2010 to present.

Hi Jeffrey,

Thanks so much for your help. Is there a better email address where we should direct any future requests?

Best,
Adanya

From: Department of Corrections

No, my email address is normally OK. I was out for an extended period of time for a medical issue.
