Dear Mr. Ostle:
I am writing in response to your request for these two missing person's files. The New Hampshire State Police did not lead the investigations into these missing person's cases. Rather they assisted the Manchester Police Department with these matters. I have been informed that these matters are considered open and active missing persons investigations. As such, we are unable to release any records as said release may impede the investigations.
These right to know request are therefore denied and these matters are deemed closed.
Sincerely,
Mary Maloney
