To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the New Hampshire "Access to Government Records and Meetings" Statute (RSA Ch. 91-A), I hereby request the following records:
Any manual or other guidance document used in the course of investigating a complaint and/or determining whether a licensee's conduct warrants censure. I am specifically seeking guidance which pertain to social workers, mental health counselors, psychiatrists, and psychopharmacologists.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.
To Whom It May Concern:
I wanted to follow up on the following Freedom of Information request, copied below, and originally submitted on July 9, 2017. Please let me know when I can expect to receive a response, or if further clarification is needed.
Thanks for your help, and let me know if further clarification is needed.
I apologize for the delay in this response. Your request was flagged by a filter, so I did not see it originally. The guidance documents you have requested are all available on-line. I have provided links below to the rules and statutes for both the Board of Mental Health Practice and the Board of Psychologists. Each has sections regarding investigations and complaints.
