Good morning,
Attached please find 40 documents that are responsive to your
Right-to-Know requests. These documents were electronically stored in
our system so there is no charge for providing them. There are 348
additional pages of responsive documents that were not stored
electronically. The cost to provide those to you will be $69.60
($.20/page). Please let me know if you will want these documents as
well. Thank you.

From: Alex Richardson

Good afternoon Ms. Rice,

Thank you for the quick turnaround! I enjoyed the documents that you already sent over.

I am interested in the other responsive documents, but only if they are worth reading. Would it be possible for you to give me a rough overview of the kinds of documents contained in the remaining pages? I'm obviously not going to make you read 348 pages of documents, just broad strokes - types of document, who they're from, etc. It may be easier to do this by phone - if so, please call (301) 793-0996 during EST business hours.

Best,
Alex Richardson

From: Rice, Ann

Good afternoon Mr. Richardson,

I must decline your request. The Right to Know law does not require that we provide such an overview and we simply don’t have the time to engage in that activity. I will await word from you as to whether you want the additional documents or not.
