Good morning Mr. Waters,

Thank you for your follow up email. Your request pursuant to RSA has been forwarded to me for handling.

You have requested: "Mission summary or mission logs for manned flights of the Special Enforcement Unit in 2020 or fiscal year 2020."

In light of the scope of your request, the workloads, and availability of personnel participating in the processing of your request, and the impact of COVID-19, I estimate that I will need until July 16 to determine the extent of available records in accordance with RSA 91-A and applicable case law. Of course, if we are able to provide records to you prior to that time, we will do so.

Good morning Mr. Waters,

I have some records ready for disclosure that I wanted to upload to the link, but the link has expired. Would it be possible for you to send me a new one?
Best,
Karen

From: Brian Waters

Karen,

Thanks for the response. I didn't know that there was any kind of link for you to upload files to on your end, actually. I will reach out to the MuckRock (software I'm using) staff to see if it's something they might be able to fix. In the meantime, you might be able to just attach it as an e-mail attchment if it's not too big.

Thanks,
Brian
