Incident Reports for Bomb Threats against Jewish Communal Institutions

Pursuant to Delaware's Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

The incident reports documenting the bomb threats against the Siegel Jewish Community Center on 1/9/2017, 1/18/2017, 2/27/2017 & 3/8/2017.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

The short answer is no. I'm using a semi-automated system to keep track of multiple records requests and it does not allow me to easily send attachments.

If you require any additional information, please let me know, however please be aware that the Delaware Attorney General Opinion 91-I003 (Feb 1991) does not mandate a specific form to file a valid DFOIA.
