- a list of all applicants for the University of Nevada, Reno’s President job.
- a list of the remaining applicants for the University of Nevada, Reno’s President job.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

To the extent your PRR seeks public records as opposed to general information, the records responsive to your request are confidential under Title 2, Chapter 5, Section 5.6.3<https://nshe.nevada.edu/wp-content/uploads/file/BoardOfRegents/Handbook/title2/T2-CH05%20Personnel%20Policy%20for%20Faculty.pdf> of the Board of Regents’ Code. We will, therefore, close this request.
For your edification, however, it is my understanding that the finalists’ names will be released and made public on September 8.
