Any records regarding student arrests within the years 2019-2020

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

Your request is being processed in accordance with the Nevada Public Records Act (NRS 239) and the NSHE Board of Regents Handbook and Policies. The University Police Department does not track arrests by the individual's affiliation(s) with any of the institutions within the Nevada System of Higher Education.  Accordingly, there are no documents responsive to your request.
