To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Nevada Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Reports of NDOW bear intervention incidents that took place in Carson City, Washoe County and Douglas County for the years 2017, 2018 until present in 2019. I am looking for reports that include the nature of the original call to which the team or NDOW employees responded, the intervention (i.e., whether a trap was set or the bears where scared away, etc.), any identifying information of the bear(s), and the outcome (i.e., whether the bears were caught and released, caught and euthanized, relocated, etc.).

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.
