Pursuant to the Nevada Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
I would like to request a copy of the DAWN (Data Analytics Warehouse of Nevada) report effective March 9, 2021 for state budget account 101-1327.
Specifically, I'm looking for a report from the Governor's Finance Office that includes details of disbursements / expenditures made from this budget account.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Specifically, I'm looking for a report from the Governor's Finance Office that includes details of disbursements / expenditures made from this budget account. The state financial system (DAWN) shows expenditures at the general ledger level and the information from DAWN is uploaded to the Open Gov website at http://openbudget.nv.gov/OpenGov/ViewBudgetSummary.aep
The budget account you are looking for can be found under Checkbook, Elected Officials, Governors Office, you should see BA 1327 in the list.

Hi Susan,
Thanks so much for your help on this. I'm wondering if you are able to provide something more granular than the information provided through the checkbook. Specifically, is it possible to see a printout of individual expenditures from the account, rather than the version that does not get more detailed than the broad category of "Intragovernmental transfer"? Let me know - thanks!

Hi Michelle,
The expenditures from BA 1327 are transfers to other budget accounts within the state. The original expense occurs in other accounts and then is reimbursed from this one. I have attached a download from the system for the intergovernmental transfers.
Using the link below there is a bulk download from the system that has more detail of all of the state's expenditures.

Choose the fiscal year you are looking for and on the right side of the page there is a report called 2021 Bulk CSV Expense Download.
