To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Nevada Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

In light of the recent ESCO Marine Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing (case number 15-20107 assigned to United States Bankruptcy Judge Richard Schmidt), I request the financing statements and deeds of trust for all collateral submitted by the ESCO Marine company on June 30, 2014.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

Carly Sitrin

Hi Ms. Lu,

Thank you for your timely response to my request. In reviewing my documentation, I see in writing that in the lawsuit concerning Callidus Capital Corporation vs Esco Marine Inc., Esco Metals LLC, Esco Shredding, LLC, Texas Best Recycling, LLC, Texas Best Equipment, LLC, Richard Jaross, EMJ Holdings, LLC, Elka Jaross, Andrew Levy, Redstone Capital Corp., Alberto Garcia, and John Kristopher Wood, Civil Action No. 1:14-cv-00270, Case 1:14-cv-00270 document 1 filed in TXSD on 12/30/14, page 6 of 13, clearly states that "On June 30, 2014, Plaintiff perfected its security interest in the Collateral by filing financing statements with the Secretaries of State of Texas, Delaware and Nevada."

In light of this, I would ask you to revisit my request or kindly direct me to the agency who would have the documents that I need. Thank you again for your assistance.

Hi Catherine,

I just wanted to clarify that Callidus Capital Corporation is the plaintiff in the lawsuit and they would have filed the financing statement. Therefore, there will be no need to search for the 11 individuals separately. I would also kindly request to be categorized as a journalist and representative of the news media (seeing as I am reporting on the Esco Marine lawsuit for MuckRock News) for the purpose of fees. Thank you again for your attention to this matter.

Best,
Carly Sitrin
