• Any bids placed by this agency for the acquisition of PPE for this office or on behalf of any entity within the jurisdiction of this agency.
• Any available spreadsheet or aggregate information related to bids for PPE. Please provide all available segregable data, including but not limited to the source, the quantity, and the success of the bid.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) 333 addresses purchasing law for the State of Nevada. Because the Division would not be procuring personal protective equipment (PPE) outside of an emergency, Section 333.300 within this statute addresses emergency procurement protocol that the Division has used when procuring PPE during an emergency. When the Governor declares an emergency as defined in NRS 414, the State Purchasing Administrator has the authority based on NRS 333 to approve purchasing outside of the standard State purchasing process, which includes bidding. The Division of Emergency Management agreed upon process is to email the State Purchasing Administrator to receive approval for each purchase made outside of standard state purchasing process.
