I am requesting all agreements and contracts with the state of Nevada and the mining company, Barrick Gold Corporations, from January 2020-2023
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I want to apologize for the delay in responding to this request. The employee responsible for handling this request has since left the State of Nevada. In the interim, I have taken over these duties, and after being made aware of your request, I am working with department staff to collect all responsive records.
Due to the scope of the request, I anticipate that department staff will need some time to fulfill it. I will respond as soon as possible with an update on when you can expect to receive the records.
