Michelle,
We do not have any records responsive to your second or third bullet. I believe those facilities are under the jurisdiction of the US Department of Agriculture and so you may want to reach out to them with your request.
Regarding your first bullet, this is a very broad request that we expect could take us several months to compile and I expect there would be a cost associated with it.
I have been trying to reach you for several days to discuss this part of your request. Obviously, a narrower request could be done faster and may or may not have a cost. Also, does the information about other two requests impact this request?

Subject: Nevada Public Records Act Request: Clark County Zoos

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Nevada Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

- Any reports of violation in Clark County from 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 which can be found in Clark County Code Chapter 10.40.040.
- Any reports of violation in Clark County's Flamingo's Wildlife Habitat, Mirage's Aquarium and Mandalay Bay's Shark Reef Aquarium from 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 which can be found in Clark County Code Chapter 10.40.040.
- Any reports of citations in Clark County's Flamingo's Wildlife Habitat, Mirage's Aquarium and Mandalay Bay's Shark Reef Aquarium from 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 which can be found in Clark County Code Chapter 10.40.050.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
