From: Office of the Governor of Nevada

Dear Mr. Kane,

I am in receipt of the attached fax requesting communications between a number of public interest groups and the Nevada Attorney General's office. This request appears to have been misdirected. The Office of the Nevada Attorney General is a separate constitutional entity from the Office of the Nevada Governor. The Office of the Governor is not the custodian of any communications directed to the Nevada Attorney General. I suggest you redirect your request to:

Office of the Attorney General
100 North Carson Street
Carson City, Nevada, 89701
775-684-1108 (fax)

If you have any further questions, you can reach me at 775-684-5670.

Sincere regards,

Kathryn Reynolds
General Counsel
Nevada Governor Brian Sandoval

Dear Kathryn,

Forgive me--my initial request made a mistake, as I had also sent a request to the Attorney General. My revised request is below:

To Whom It May Concern:

To Whom It May Concern:

A fax was received by this office requesting a response on a previously submitted request. The request however, was directed to the Office of the Governor, not the Attorney General's Office.
All contact information for state agencies may be found on the State's website, nv.gov.

Thank you.
