Pursuant to the Nebraska Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

We'd like all emails from non University of Nebraska email addresses sent to athletic director Bill Moos and/or University President Hank Bounds from Saturday, September 22 through Monday, September 24.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 4 business days, as the statute requires.

I received a copy of the public records request below that you submitted to UNL Procurement. Attached are records responsive to your request. The University is withholding one email responsive to your request. The following is provided to you in accordance with Neb. Rev. Stat. § 84-712.04:

1. The record was withheld based on 20 U.S.C. § 1232g and the regulations adopted thereunder and Neb. Rev. Stat. § 84-712.05(1) because the information contains personally identifiable student information.
