Nebraska Gov - Williams Companies

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Nebraska Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Copies of all available emails exchanged between officials at the Nebraska Governor’s office and individuals associated with the Williams Companies between Jan. 1, 2017 and June 7, 2018.

Please understand “officials” to include individuals holding the following titles: Governor; Governor’s Chief of Staff; Director of Strategic Communications; Executive Assistant to Governor; Scheduler to Governor; Governor’s Policy Research Director; and Policy Advisor to Governor.

For email addresses affiliated with the Williams Companies please use email addresses that contain the domain “@williams.com." If your agency is aware of any other email addresses affiliated with the Williams Companies, please include them in this search as well.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
