1988 to 1990 Franklin Committee investigation of the failure of the Franklin Credit Union

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Nebraska Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

All records relating to Legislative Resolution 5 (L.R. 5) introduced on November 18th, 1988 and unanimously approved. The Resolution formed a subcommittee, The Douglas Committee, to investigate the November 4th, 1988 closing of the Franklin Community Federal Credit Union. The Douglas Committee met until January, 1991.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
