Diné Grazing Permit (Navajo County Superior Court)

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Arizona Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

Any electronic or written records which were sent, received, or produced mentioning "grazing permit" and/or "livestock permit" for the "Diné Nation" or "Navajo Nation" during the time starting on January 1, 2018 until the date on which this request is processed.

If you deny this request for records in whole or in part, I ask that you provide a written statement explaining the reason for the denial that cites the legal authority that is the basis for the denial. If any of the requested records are in active use, in storage or otherwise unavailable at this time, I likewise request that you provide a statement informing me of the reason they are currently unavailable and a date and hour at which time the records will be available for inspection.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
