To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

A spreadsheet that includes all use of force incidents reported by National City police in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018. This should include, at minimum, the date and time of each incident, incident number, type of force used, number of and demographics of people force was used on, resistance/threat level and any weapons the subject(s) were armed with at the time, number and demographics and beat of officers who used force.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
