According to this published on March 13, 2023, MNPD is using Fusus as a tool for private camera owners to share their footage with the police department: https://www.wkrn.com/news/local-news/nashville/fusus-aims-to-help-mnpd-see-and-solve-crimes-faster/
Pursuant to the Tennessee Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
All contracts, licenses, MOUs, MOAs, data agreements, letters of intent, State of Work documents, Scope of Work documents, and other agreement documents between the MNPD and Fusus.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 7 business days, as the statute requires.

In order for this to be an official request, you will need to fill out the new attached 720 form. Once you have completed the 720 form, send that back along with a copy of your photo ID to:

Once we have received both the completed 720 form and a copy of your photo ID, processing will begin. You will receive a new labor fee letter and will need to acknowledge the new fee by the due date given.

The camera registry and camera integration is managed by Fusus. MNPD does not possess a record of a full list of participants, as participants work directly with Fusus and the Fusus website, ConnectNashville.com. This information is stored on Fusus websites and only presented to an authorized MNPD employee one participant at a time on the computer display when performing a geographical search of an area in the Fusus system.
