Ms. Raih,
Dr. Maritza Gonzalez forwarded your request for records regarding policies and procedures for anti-bullying and non-discrimination of LGBT students in Metro Nashville Public Schools. The Tennessee Public Records Act requires open access of all public records to citizens of the State of Tennessee. You do not appear to be a Tennessee resident, therefore are not entitled to records under the public records act. Unfortunately, we do not have the resources to process requests for information from agencies or individuals who are not residents. You may find some of the information you are requesting in the policies section of our website, www.mnps.org<http://www.mnps.org>.

If you have questions regarding this response, please call or email me and I will be happy to discuss.

Sincerely,

Olivia H. Brown
