Police Report - March 28, 2017 incident

A copy of the police report concerning a bias incident that occurred on March 28, 2017 in a home on Southeast 26th Court. According to news reports, Hasel Afshar found his home "ransacked, the walls coated in racist epithets." The incident associated with the police report has been widely reported in news media:
