Please provide copies of all executed agreements with the following federal law enforcement agencies, if any: Homeland Security Investigations, Federal Bureau of Investigation, US Marshalls, Drug Enforcement Administration, Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, Joint Terrorism Task Force, Oregon Terrorism Information Threat Assessment Network, Oregon TITAN Fusion Center - National Fusion Center.

Any documents or correspondence during the period encompassing this request regarding possible or planned agreements with the aforementioned federal law enforcement agencies.

Any existing or proposed internal protocols, training documents, data-sharing agreements, data storage procedures and prohibited activities governing such agreements or joint activities.

Any current or past litigation involving or referencing this department or agency involving joint activities with the above-mentioned federal law enforcement agencies.

Logs or other documents that show how many Federal MOUS existed during this same time period.

Please notify me when this information is available.

Hello Aaron,

We received your check in the mail regarding the below public records request. I have noticed that I miscalculated the cost of the documents by an excess of $30.00. I apologize for this error. Moving forward, we have two options. We can process your check and fulfill your records request. The overpayment of $30.00 would be processed by our finance department and refunded to you in approximately 2-3 weeks.
