The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

My interpretation of your request is as follows:

If my interpretation is incorrect, please let me know.
Per RCW 42.56.070(9) and the recent State of Washington court of appeals decision in SEIU 775NW v. DSHS and Freedom Foundation, in situations where the Department has some indication that a list might be used for commercial purposes, it has an obligation to ensure requests are not seeking lists for commercial purposes. As such, I am requesting that you state the purpose of your request.

To be clear, please provide all columns in the data. For example, some agencies track if the request produced non-responsive documents.
