April 12, 2021

Good morning, Mr. Feathers:

You filed a four-part request on March 22, 2021. On March 28, 2021, UMD
replied by sending correspondence to the MuckRock platform *and *your
personal email address. UMD included the latter address since the
former method is historically unreliable.

In that communication (attached again here), UMD replied to Part 4 of your
request, which has been closed since March March 28, 2021. In addition, we
asked for clarification from you regarding Parts 1 and 2 of your inquiry.
Thus, we have been waiting for a response since March 28, 2021.

Regarding Part 3 of your request, no formal contract can be located,
presuming one even exists. However, UMD is able to locate two (2) Purchase
Orders. Copies attached. Part 3 of your request is now closed.

One UMD receives clarification from you pursuant to our March 28, 2021
correspondence, the processing of Parts 1 and 2 of your request can
resume. We await your response.

Sincerely,
Laura Anderson Wright
