All current policies maintained by the department regarding use of force.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

As soon as they complete their review the file will be returned to our Unit so that we can prepare it for release. I checked with our City Attorney’s Office and they have indicated that they have almost completed the review of your request. They will be returning the file back to our Unit soon so that we can prepare it for release.
