Pursuant to the Ohio Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
I would like copies of all Twitter "tweets" deleted by the Toledo Police from 2014 to the present. This would include any tweets sent out on Twitter that were later deleted or kept in draft from any Twitter accounts maintained by the Toledo Police including but not limited to @Toledo_Police and @ToledoPolice This request also is for any and all copies of any e-mails or correspondence regarding the deletion of these tweets.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.
