Ms. Evans,

Thank you for your prompt response.

Perhaps I am reading the University's conflict of interest policy (http://www.uwyo.edu/research/compliance/conflict%20of%20interest/conflict-of-interest.html) incorrectly, but University of Wyoming appears to require the disclosure of remuneration for sponsored research.

Since 2009, Dr. Considine has produced paid research for, at least, the American Petroleum Institute, the Manhattan Institute, the Marcellus Shale Coalition, and the Interstate Policy Alliance.

Has Dr. Considine not submitted any financial interest disclosures to the University? When these disclosures are submitted, how long does the University retain them?

Thanks again for your help.

Sincerely,

Robert Galbraith

From: Tara R. Evans

Mr. Galbraith:

The University does not have any records of financial interest disclosures submitted by Dr. Considine. In general, the University retains financial disclosures for three years after date of submission of the final report, as required by law.

Ms. Evans:

Thanks for clarifying that for me. I recently submitted a request for Dr. Considine's outside consulting disclosures submitted pursuant to UW Regulation 4-2. I'm not sure if you've received it, but I wanted to flag that for you.

Thanks again,

Robert Galbraith
