Thank you for your response.

To be clear, I'm requesting all results from the survey submissions. Am I to understand there are none? And that no one filled out the survey?

From: EXECPDR

Hi Bernard,

I just received your voicemail from Monday. You asked if this means that no one took the survey. Just to be clear, I am not the point person for this, I am only the Public Disclosure Officer.

Here is what I did to try and locate your records: I was in contact with SPD's Media Sargent back and forth about what records they had in response to your request. However, the Public Disclosure Officer in the Police Department informed me that the Sargent told her that they have no responsive records to your request. I also worked with the Public Information Officer in the Mayor's Office to see if they had any responsive records - they do not.

So all in all, I am not the person to ask if this means no one took the survey...I hope this helps at all. You could contact SPD directly. Let me know if you would like the email of the SPD Public Disclosure Officer.

Sincerely,
