The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I checked the status of this case and it was closed on February 17,2016. You were informed of this in the letter that was sent to you on that date. If you wish to obtain records from the U.S. Department of State you will need to submit a new request. When you do a new case number will be generated.
