Pursuant to the California Public Records Act (California Government Code ยงยง 6250), I hereby request the following records:
We are looking for all documents related to the San Marcos contract with Sungard to purchase Sungard TRAKit software, including the original contract, the date, implementation and maintenance costs, total cost, contract duration, and all services rendered.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

In response to your request for records, please view the attached document and note the following information provided by our Finance Department:
After Amendment 1 assigned CRW obligations to Sungard, there were a few additional name changes. Subsequently, FIS acquired Sungard and then FIS sold SunGard (Public Sector and Education) to Vista Equity Partners (Vista). The transaction was estimated to close first part of 2017 and still pending finalization.
