Hello,

Our office is in receipt of this request. We are working on previous Public Records Requests in sequential order, and have previous records we are currently producing. I have a clarifying question for this request:

Produce all communications to and from District 9 Supervisor Hillary Ronen between Jan. 2020 and January 2021 that mention:

The Marina Times newspaper, Susan Dyer Reynolds, Susan Reynolds, neighborhood newspaper, outreach program. city advertising. advertising, “Marina Times,” “Marina Times editor.”

Are you including "outreach program" and "advertising" as stand-alone search terms? I ask because the context of the request sounds focused on The Marina Times and Susan Dyer Reynolds, but these terms are broader and will likely extend the record search and production.

Thank you,
Ana
