The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Can you please clarify your intention with "Any correspondence with any of the following terms:" ? For example, do you mean to request correspondence that mentions "John Elberling" AND/OR also any correspondence To/From "John Elberling"? I noticed you don't mention this name in the first part of the request noting "From/to," as to exclude this part and it is confusing.
This is a voluminous request and I would appreciate any ways to narrow this request to fit your needs.
