Pursuant to the Pennsylvania Right to Know Act, I hereby request the following records:
All emails sent or received by Dr. Rachel Levine, between December 1, 2019 and December 31, 2019, which contain the word "Wuhan".
This request is seeking :
- a specific type of file (email, sent or received)
- limited to a specific person (Dr. Rachel Levine)
- between specific dates (December 1, 2019 and December 31, 2019, a 4.5 week period)
- and is limited to only those emails which contain the word "Wuhan"
In the event that your office finds this request to be "insufficiently specific", please contact me so that we can work together to further narrow the already narrow scope of this request before denying the request.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
